You're quoting Wiki

I'm curious, which of the two wiki references didn't you think was accurate: the one about the Weather Underground bombing the army base in San Francisco or the one about Underground leaders traveling to Cuba and meeting with officials of the North Vietnamese government? You can't rule stuff out simply because it's from wikipedia. An awful lot of what they have IS accurate and referenced to legitimate sources. In any case, I'm not arguing that the slimeball left in this country doesn't do most of our enemies' work for them. From the 'useful idiot' anti-war protester to the SOBs in high-ranking governmental postions, they have sought to undermine the U.S. and the war on terror at every turn. Just look at how democrats in congress are allying themselves with Hugo Chavez and FARC over Columbia. We were down a similar road in the eighties.

I don't rule it out JUST because it's from Wiki, I say, which of the COMMIE sources do you consider not credible? They virtually all say the same thing: all the defectors say, their efforts to affect the western peace movements were marginal at best because the western peace movements were "already there." They put resources in other places, because they didn't NEED to infiltrate these movements too much. Yes, some happened, mostly in the European "freeze" movement. The KGB was highly unsuccessful at planting KGB agents inside western agitation groups, and indeed, the "New Left" (ask Horowitz on this) fought a huge battle to expel the known communists so that it could have greater credibility.

In other words, as I argue in my forthcoming book, "48 Liberal Lies About History," in an entry on the freeze movement, the peaceniks were more often dupes and willing accomplices than they were KGB infiltrated activists.
