Expecting John McCain to give real answers to real questions is like asking a tree to have a conversation with you. Waste of time that only makes you look stupid for expecting what is clearly impossible.

Of course it will be “beneficial”..........to the government cause they are going to raise all kinds of taxes.

McCain will never sit with a true conservative pundit or columnist. Just RNC cheerleaders like Hannity.

Hey America - is solving a problem that may or may not be a problem, is undefined, is being shoved down our throats by opportunistic politicians and business people with identifiable conflicts of interest, and for lack of evidence of its existence provokes extreme controversy within the scientific community, worth a dramatic drop in your standard of living?
'Cause thats where we're headed.

You say that even if global warming turns out to be no crisis (the World Meteorological Organization says global temperatures have not risen in a decade), even unnecessary measures taken to combat it will be beneficial because "then all we've done is give our kids a cleaner world." Anti-AGW measures dont only hurt the economy, they hurt the environment too. An example is the rainforest destruction wrought by biofuels.

What if global warming is man made?
And what if all we've been doing to reverse it is working, and has caused the average global temperature drop that is currently being recorded since 1998?
What if we are headed for a mini Ice Age like the one predicted in the 1970’s?
With the price of oil sky rocketing, a decade long cold snap will devastate the world economy and decimate the global population.
I'm just sayin’ .... 8^)

I’m sure McCain will see the outrage he is generating with this climate change campaign among those on the right as proof that he is doing the “Right Thing.” However, he can not out Democrat the Democrats no matter how hard he tries.
Any idiot can see (except for those idiots running the McCain campaign of course) that he will loose more votes on the right than he will get from the left with this position.
I propose a new campaign slogan for McCain: Vote for John McCain - He can has a plan to stop four and a half billion years of climate change!

Remember being young and using astrology as an aid in nailing chicks? If McCain can use this to panic leftists into accepting nuclear power, I’m all for it.

the World Meteorological Organization says global temperatures have not risen in a decade And now even the Gorebots are telling us that global warming will "pause" for at least a decade.
So that's 20 years of no warming, at what point does global warming quit?

A very good question:
"More than 90 percent of taxpayers refuse to use the $3 checkoff on their tax forms to fund campaignseven though doing so would not increase their tax bill. Given such annual landslide "votes" against taxpayer funding, why is relying on it more virtuous than Obama's expected reliance on voluntary contributions from dedicated individuals?"John McCain, Dec. 16, 1999 "I dont believe in public financing because I dont think my tax dollars should be used to fund a persons campaign that I philosophically disagree with."
Who's the flip flopper now?

Given that Earth is always warming or cooling, what is its proper temperature, and how do you know? This is the only question for warmers that matters.
