Drip, drip, drip. Like Chinese water torture, McCain is driving me nuts with this stuff. I won't be able to go to the polls in November. I'll be locked up!

I wonder what the reaction of delegates at the GOP convention will be when McCain goes into his saving-the-planet spiel? I doubt too many Pubbies are enthralled with the global-warming hype. I can imagine the mental contortions the people on McCain’s staff have to go through to work with him. I’d bet not too many of them fall for the hysteria either. Will people sit on their hands when McCain announces his grand scheme, or boo him? It might make for some uncomfortable moments.

"But blindly imposing government mandates without regard to their effect on the economy, technology and innovation will do little except inhibit prosperity and move the nation closer to the model of Haiti and Somalia."
Isn't that the sole purpose of the cap and trade, taxing CO2 emissions, to destroy the economy of the US? That, and, of course, lining the pockets of the frauds like McCain and the other Soros puppets perpetrating this hoax.

The only countries with greenhouse gas emissions that low are desperately poor nations, such as Haiti and Somalia, That's the general idea I think. We should all live at the level of the Haitians, Somalians and the folks from the world's other armpits. Djibouti anyone?
