I think McCain is a welded on stupid but this is just a transparent vote splitting that will hurt OTHER REPUBLICANS in congress.
Perhaps he will just suck votes from kookpaul.

Three reasons I will never vote for Bob Barr:
1. Six years ago, when we were trying to elect a great conservative, Bill Salier, in the U.S. Senate primary in Iowa, Barr came in and endorsed and campaigned for uber-RINO Greg Ganske.
2. Barr works for the communists at the ACLU.
3. Barr doesn’t support building a fence on our southern border.

I have always said that I would support the most conservative candiate, and right now that is Bob Barr. I am a Conservative before I am a Republican.
McCain has given us the finger too many times for me to ever vote for him

Barr’s gotta be better than the 3 that’s running. Unless he has some serious defects equal to the other 3, I’m voting Libertarian in November. I did in ‘96 and guess I’ll be doing it again.
