This is another member of the corrupt Ford Family of Memphis. His brother John is in Federal Prison as part of the Tennessee Waltz, while his nephew Harold, Jr. is still not a US Senator.

Ford Jr. was supposed to be in Obama's place. He's half-white, and as Joe Biden would say, "articulate and clean". He made the keynote adress in 2000 at the Democratic Convention.
Only he didn't catch on nationally. But Barry did. He's almost a clone of Ford Jr., but his timing was better.
Imagine the Ford family staying in the White House!
The first thing Harold Ford Jr. would have to do is pardon his whole family!
