It’s really tough potatoes for Ose. He had a congressional seat and chose to retire in 2004. (Dan Lungren is his successor) If he wants back in, too bad. He could have least run for the Senate against Boxer in 04 or Feinstein in 06 if he wanted to make himself useful.
Ose, being a liberal rino, would serve no useful purpose in any capacity as a candidate for public office.
