It doesn’t look like China is at fault. It looks like KBR inc and mil maintenance are the ones at fault.It looks like, to me, that they are all at fault. Why are we buying from China for our military? Cost effectiveness?
Sort of the same reasoning that made the early M-16 so dangerous to our troops.
