To win the nomination, there will be primaries and caucuses in the fifty states and various territories, some of these primaries will be winner take all and some will be proportional, EXCEPT that the results from Michigan and Florida won't count (at least for now) because they didn't follow the rules. HOWEVER, just in case the primary voters vote wrong, a certain amount of Party Hacks will be given special votes to "correct" any mistakes. BUT, some of these "special voters" will only be give half a vote. The "special voters" have no specific moral obligations with regard to their votes, and are even allowed to SELL them to the highest bidder. Cross overs, independents and people who have crossed state lines because they MAY someday relocate to a certain state are allowed to cast a vote.
