Democrats this week filed a third legal challenge to the group with the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

Quorom call. LOL.

Yes, here in Colorado's 4th District, our solidly conservative, very, very, pro-life GOP Congresswoman Musgrave was bombarded by a faux pro-life group in '06 that was (mostly) secretly funded by a group of 4 gay billionaires. They pretended to be pro-life, and from that faked position they attacked her for supporting forced abortions. The ads and mailers were short on facts, so I went to the internet to track down whatever basis might be behind their accusations.

What it boiled down to was that Musgrave had accepted $$ in the past from GOPAC, as did the vast majority of House Republicans in tight races. In turn, GOPAC was once run by Tom DeLay. In turn, DeLay had once accepted $$ from an American textile mfgr who owned a factory in Saipan. In turn, union organizers who have been putting pressure on Congress to allow unionization of Saipan businesses were raking all the muck they could possibly find on Saipan, in order to make their opponents look as bad as possible, and they managed to dig up (according to them) an anonymous Chinese woman who allegedly claimed that when she got pregnant, she was told by her bosses to lose the baby or lose her job. Supposedly, she defied them and kept the baby. No word on whether she did lose her job. (I'm assuming she didn't, else there'd be no need for her to remain anonymous, right?)

So if you can manage to follow that tortuous, convoluted trail of guilt by association, combined with unsupported accusations from union organizers with axes to grind, you end up with, voila, our Congresswoman, who has a 100% rating from pro-life groups, is actually pro-abortion.

I believe that would require an Amendment to the Constitution.

That's making the assumption that our courts would strike such a law down. Not a given, IMO.

It is unconstitutional for unelected bureaucrats (IRS as an example) to write "regulations" that have the power to take your freedom or property. Yet that is happening now.

I thought the Dems were just decrying guilt by association with Barak and Jeremiah Wright, someone he had known for 20 years.

Now this casino guy who elected Republicans don’t hang around with should be used against them. But the Pubs won’t fight this because they don’t want to make the Dems and their media buddies mad.

Hallelujah. I'm glad at least one of these big dogs is a conservative. Screw the 'rats in their perverted hypocrisy--more power to him.

It's about time. RATS have Buffet, Gates and Soros and they're whining?

House Republicans and Republican candidates need to decide whether they can afford to partner with Freedom's Watch, a group that embodies the Republicans' culture of corruption...
...and, we're done reading that paragraph. Thanks neverdem.

Billary has been outspent by Obama in most of the last races since PA, but only won NC. The dems don't have a message except they're not pubbies. If they said what really believed, they would have no hope.
