I wonder how Bloomberg would feel if we banned his claim to the First Amendment rights?

When the Second Amendment goes, so too does the First. Bloomberg just got in a hurry.

Well, he doesn't use his First Amendment rights properly so I suppose it would be OK to go after him to force a sale of his publishing assets to more worthy owners.

Besides, once he became the head of state he no longer had such rights ~ he's the jackbooted thug against whom those rights are protected, not the other way around.
