Sure, maybe everyone entering the park should be fingerprinted and have a police background check. Disney should keep a file of line cutters with mean dispositions. Maybe prior to entering the park all guests should be subject to a psychological test to predict their tendency to cut in line and then deck people who object.
Myself... I would have chosen the Sane Tea Party ride, but that’s just me.
We have way too many lawyers in this country. I for one, am tired of getting sued by opportunists (my fault for living in CA for 8 years I guess).
Well, obviously they didn’t prevent the attack. But really, does she expect Disney security to engage in “crimestop” or something?? Puh-lease.

Any reason she can’t get damages from the actual person that assaulted her? I mean, if you feel Disney is at fault for somehow preventing the assault, why not at least also go after the person who assaulted her for damages and recovered costs?
