I don’t know if he has it in him to last 4 years. Which makes his VP choice all that much more important.

If he chooses the right VP I might vote for him. For the RIGHT VP, I might even give money and work for him.

But I think it would be easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for John McCain to choose a conservative running mate.
