I looked at the provided map. It looks like to defend Bolivia it would be the best policy to park off the coast of Chile, and BOMB THE HELL OUT OF ANYONE THAT LOOKED LIKE A COMMIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unless of course Chile is so friendly they would let us use their bases for the exercise.
