Last time I checked, sex with someone who is 10 years old is statutory rape in every state. No "alleged" crime occurred here. The girl was indeed raped.
Been through this on an earlier post: no way a ten year old gives birth and it not be rape. Now, whether the accused did it or not, we will leave that up to the courts.

St. Anthony police began investigating on April 28 after medical personnel alerted police that a pregnant child had come in for treatment.
I wonder if anyone knew she was pregnant before they took her to the hospital.
Correction to my post above:
The birth date of the baby has not been revealed. For all we know, she was brought in for treatment on April 28 and gave birth that day.
The reason I said I’d support abortion under the cirumstances was because of that a ten year old girl isn’t built to give birth, even with expert medical care quite a bit could have gone wrong. Having one child die to give birth to another child isn’t a sacrifice I’d be willing to make.
Regardless both she and the baby are alive and from the article healthy, that’s all one can ask for.
I do agree that one life should be saved if otherwise two lives would face imminent death.
In this situation, thank God for c-sections!

That girl was made pregnant by her own father, who’s in Mexico. The mother is here illegally.
