Corliss is charged with producing child pornography and could face 10 to 20 years in federal prison if convicted, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Newark.

I do not defend in any way what this man did, but I don't see how he can be prosecuted in the US for what he did in Thailand. I can see prosecuting him for possession of child porn, since that was found in his apartment.

I’m so glad they caught him! I saw the Interpol article about the ‘unknown’ man just yesterday. At the same time, how revolting that he was know as the ‘best Santa ever’. Shudder. One sick, twisted freak. Good to know Interpol worked so diligently to get him off the streets.
