No, just a follower, as in the guy is not a leader.
McCain doesn’t see a big picture, he’s not an executive type, and he’s probably never had an original idea or the vision to carry it thru in his entire life. He’s a small man (literally and figuratively) vying for a big job.
Ronald Reagan was and did, and that’s what made him so effective.
