Celebs: Brown Accused Of Smoozing
David Cameron has used Prime Minister's Questions to accuse Gordon Brown of preferring celebrities and style over substance. Mr Brown retorted that Labour was the party of action and the Conservatives had nothing to offer.

The exchanges were aS bitter as ever at the first PMQS since the local and mayoral elections.

If by “action” Brown means getting tossed out on their arses, then yes, he is correct.

"party of action"
Brown is the "Action Man"???
random aside: Around 20 years ago, when I lived in Cambridge, Massachusetts, there was a very persistent obscene caller nicknamed the "Action Man" -- he would call probably thousands of local numbers, over and over again, and his first words were always "hey, you want some ACTION?"
Most people very sensibly hung up on him instantly (I sure did) but rumor had it the call would quickly turn obscene if it went on for more than a few seconds....
