Do you think Americans who draw welfare as their job payment and a way of life would want to get off welfare and be self reliant? I don't think so. Some people here and in third world countries like being under the charity of others, they don't have to use their brains. Then when problems arrive in their pathetic lives they'll have someone to blame besides themselves. Nothing is ever their fault.
That’s what I mean. Moochers continue to be moochers because someone somewhere is always willing to “help” them out. If no one helps them out when they are lazy bums,they will be forced to sink or swim.
