Since ICE is the largest investigative branch of the Department of Homeland Security, it would be pretty disconcerting to have ‘them’ appear. Even more so than a Police officer or a Sheriff I think.

Add a cellphone/camera and a mini-tape recorder to your “toolkit” when voting
Those are not illegal either and would provide irrefutable evidence of poll worker bias and denial of your right to vote - and provide a basis for a civil lawsuit against the state, the poll worker(s), and the political party that behind any shenanigans
Sean Hannity would air the video &or audio that night on Hannity & Colmes and Rush & Sean would air it on their radio shows the next day!
That’s something else I wasn’t sure of, if you could take a camera into a voting spot. BUT, with camera phones in everyone’s pockets nowadays, it makes it much harder to get away with things.

Official poll workers would be required to produce an actual state statute to prevent a US citizen from carrying &/or using a cellphone/camera &/or a mini-audiotape recorded into a polling place
The best thing to do is also to enter with a group who can be depended on to be your witnesses
The current illegal intimidation and threats by the Ohio Attorney General (his staff has just been caught in a number of sexual harassment lawsuits!) and Indiana and other political hacks of criminal felony fraud
But do you ever hear of them prosecuting illegal aliens who have voted illegally? Or ex-cons? Or minorities who vote 108% of the total registered voters in a precinct? Or NJ, NY, CT voters who voted in their home states and also in Florida or Arizona?
In 2000 over 25,000 New Jersey registered democrat voters also registered and voted for algore in Florida as well as New Jersey!
So I guess George W. Bush won Florida by many more than several hundred votes in 2000!

In 2000 the demorats and Independents and the MSM organized a primary campaign to push John McCain - this year they were finally successful!
That would put Obama as #1 target for a civil rights lawsuit against him first
Attempting to file charges against Rush or any Republican for “vote fraud” would result in an immediate countersuit by Rush and referral to the US Supreme Court
The democrats would never survive that and would end up with a permanent anti-civil rights stain on themselves
