I've been playing this game, and it is violent, but so were the other three previous versions - the CTA should've never agreed to display these ads in the first place.

Breach of Contract ... sounds like a legit suit to me.

Were they shocked that the game was violent and sexually suggestive? Duh. I buy that about as much as I buy Obama being shocked at what he heard from Wright at the National Press Club.

Very interesting Case. Is this contract or 1st amendment? (keep in mind that CTA is the government).

I'll have to check my old con law files for precident here, but CTA may have more leeway than normal among governmental entities if it is acting like a business (advertising). (Trying to remember that South Dakota case dealing with state protectionism). That's not dealing with 1st amendment, but could be part of an argument on CTA's part.

I'm not sure what will happen on this one.
