The following year, Sandoval opened a second El Balazo on Market Street in San Ramon. Ah, so that's where I'd heard of this outfit before. They're over by the San Ramon library there.

But then the woman, he said, asked for a bathroom key and disappeared. Soon after, Sanchez said, the restaurant was stormed by uniformed agents who closed off the establishment and began questioning all the workers inside.Post hoc, ergo propter hoc.

I wonder....
Would these protesters picket outside of a Las Vegas casino if a Mexican national put money down on a roulette table and then lost it? Would they call that unfair and mean-spirited? I think not.
Yet, the situation for Jose Luis Sanchez is exactly the same. As an illegal alien, he took his livelihood, laid it down and gambled with it. He gambled and he lost.
If you can't afford to lose, don't gamble.

“My kids are sad,” said the 32-year-old San Pablo resident, one of 63 illegal immigrants employed by the 11-restaurant chain who were arrested Friday by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. “They want to know if they’re going to send me to Mexico.”
Keep this family together! Send them ALL to Mexico!

"My kids are sad," I'm pretty sure that you have a Constitutional right against that.

Their @sshat father jeopardized his entire family's continued happiness and security... all because he opted to knowingly commit a criminal act, rather than entering this country legally.

Being a humane nation and people we should provide the criminal invaders free air flights home.

She said that the raids violate San Francisco's desire to be a "safe haven community" for undocumented immigrants. Too friggin' bad! Let's do it again!

Could the reporters, Matt O’Brien and Jeanine Benca, please ask Mr Sanchez the obvious (to me) question? Whose SSN are you using in order to work in this country? I’m sure whomevers SSN it is would like to have a word with you about the lovely time they have had trying to fix the damage you have caused them by stealing their identity.

all but 10 of the 63 El Balazo workers arrested earlier in the day had been allowed to go home to await future immigration hearingsCatch and release has worked so well in the past, right? Wanna bet those folks have changed ID's and are already working two blocks down?
