Oh, heavens, it's been around for decades. Old home remedy. It causes uncontrollable vomiting and, ah, evacuation. They used to use it on mental patients, heaven help us, who ended up too busy messing themselves to cause any other trouble. Very, very powerful stuff. HERE's the Wikipedia entry.

My Grandfather used to home-brew way back in The Day and had a couple cases stolen by neighbors (he'd store it under the basement steps). He spiked a few bottles with the stuff and left them in the top case. It disappeared. And then nothing ever disappeared again. ;-)
