The bill would open up the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) as well as the Atlantic and Pacific regions of the Outer Continental Shelf for exploration and production; and lift the one-year moratorium on developing oil shale in Colorado, Wyoming and Utah.

Here we go again. If the senate voted it down when they had a majority of (alleged) Republicans, I doubt it'll be passed now.

The only difference now is the fact that gas prices are at record highs, and going higher. Voting "no" to ANWR drilling is going to carry a poltical cost it didn't before.
