You are right - Schnebly Hill Road offers incredible views of Sedona. But it is a rough road to travel. Everyone should be prepared.

Upper Red Rock Loop Road also offers incredible views - leading to Cathedral Rock - for some of the best pictures ever taken.

About the elk - you are right - they are plentiful - and very dangerous to a vehicle traveling on I-17 or in Oak Creek Canyon. I am always on the lookout for them - as they weren’t taught to look before crossing..........

Schnebly Hill Road is a must for me! It will be part of the Tom-car adventure...

Sorry I missed all the pings...mylife and I were catching up tonight.

Fun awaits us...but I have ta get some in here in south Texas first!
