Balony. Kantor cleary says “these people are sh**t.” Regarding the rest it is hard for me to tell but if he didn’t say anything offensive why did he have to whisper it?

In any case, all three of those idiots are extremely arrogant. Watching the vid I wanted to grab stephanopoulos by the right hand, Carville by the left hand, and smack both of them into Kantor. What effing arrogant punks....

Here's the thing; there is another whisper that is picked up by the microphone or dubbed in from the movie production. It could be Stephanopolous whispering. He has his hand up next to his face so you can't see his mouth. It's not Carville because he happens to have his hand covering his mouth at the time.
