I missed the part in 1997 where the computer model predicted a 10 year stall in temperature increases.

Must be an improved computer model that predicts another 10 years of more of the same.

The secret is that ALL the thermometers used to input data into the determination of average global surface temperature were NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED, particularly the ones next to the air conditioners, or out on the runways where the jets wait to head out to the runway to take off.

Problem with the current models is they are working with about 1/10 of 1% of the input previously available to the modelers.

Next CO2. NASA is putting up a satellite this year to measure CO2 from space. They don't really expect to find any change from today's CO2 which is estimated with measurements at the top of Mauna Loa right next to the spot where they also measure gases that come up directly from Earth's mantle.

"What"? you say, measure CO2 on top a volcano where they measure other gasses?. Yup ~ that's what I said. Look up Mauna Loa, and gas on google.com. Check out the references. Half go to CO2. The other half to rare gases.

Same place.

So, does Mauna Loa emit CO2? Well, yes, but the CO2 scientists working 50 feet from the other scientists measuring gas from the mantle tell us they measure only pristine Pacific air.

ping - never heard that before and I am sure that it falls under the “can’t make this stuff up” category. I really don’t know how anyone can fall for this AGW stuff - the current cr*p coming out in the MSM from these supposed scientists is farcical on its face.
