So CBS is on the side of the illegals. What else is new?

CBS benefits mightily from the fact that virtually all Americans at all times respect other's property rights.

Now, let's say all of us quit respecting CBS' property rights ~ what will be their reaction? Will they get to broadcast it as all their equipment leaves the site of their studios in large 18 wheelers? Will anyone care ~ or, will just about everybody say "Guess that's too bad; maybe we need a comprehensive theft law revision; make all that stealin' legal or something".
