They had to call to verify a $360 billion check?

If only he'd tried to cash it here. I went into Wells Fargo to change the signature card of an organization after our head honcho died. Seems the card hadn't been updated/changed for several changes in leadership. I was getting frustrated because they were being so ridiculous about wanting everything short of my first born child to update it until I asked them if they ever bothered to check signatures. When they admitted they don't, I immediately closed the account.

Fuller, of suburban Crowley, was arrested on a forgery charge. He was released after posting $3,750 bail.

If it was a check, I sure hope he kept track of his decimal points while writing it. /snicker

360 big ones will but you a lot of Heineken.

Or, to be more precise, all of it, 12.7 times over.

Forgery

The crime of forgery generally refers to the making of a fake document, the changing of an existing document, or the making of a signature without authorization. Documents that can be the object of forgery include contracts, identification cards, and legal certificates. Most states require that forgery be done with the intent to commit fraud or theft/larceny.

Obviously, he forged the signature of the lady who owned the account.

Her name must have been "X".

I’m surprised he didn’t ask for a “Jillion” dollars! LOL!

Or maybe a "Brazilian"
