Been up and down that road many times but never in snow. US 36 is a mountain road and I can’t imagine trying to go up or down that to Estes.

We had snow flurries here in central Vermont earlier this week, and a hard freeze the past couple of nights.

It's supposed to get down to the mid-20s tonight (Grand Junction area). There are freeze warnings out for the fruit growers and anyone who has already turned their swamp cooler.

We got about an inch of snow that built up on the grass in SW Denver metro, it has melted now. Temperature 45 degrees, it’s been a very cool spring. The good news about that is it will slow the runoff of snowmelt in the mountains. There is so much snow up there, people are worried about flooding.

The point I made is the planet is supposed to be overheating not cooling down. How can the planet be warming up when its snowing in the spring?

The lefties will never admit that they were wrong. They’ll just move onto something else or come up with some cockamamie idea that because of global warming the earth is now cooling. It doesn’t have to make any sense. It will evolve or they’ll just go on to the next hysteria.

For the record - March and April are the snowiest months in Colorado.
If the snow came just a four days later maybe the Viva Mexico demonstrators would stay home - not home in Mexico but their northern illegal home.

There are no guardrails on the road that winds down to Vail. Its open only in the summer and at places it narrows to one lane. Drive on it at your own risk.

Snowing here in Colorado right now. We had a few inches earlier, but it melted. The snow is still falling, though.

"A snowstorm in Denver, Colorado, IN May? Global Warming Alert!"
That can't be! It never snows on the Front Range in May! [Little irony and humor there. LOL!] You'll get to know your new neighborhood in time. [Snicker.] Move up the hill, and you'll probably see a little snow in July at over 9,000 feet once in a while.

...lowlander tourists.
As for global warming...well, I like it!

How can the planet be warming up when its snowing in the spring? That actually fits the reality. The main effect of warming would be in the higher latitudes and would amount to an extension of the summer. Last year the summer was a bust here in the higher latitude of Alaska. The growing season didn't happen. Snow was the usual the rest of the year.
