I am torn on this one...

Part of me says that the guy should not profit from using the names, or any profits should go to the families.

The other part of me says First Amendment rights guarantee these slimebuckets the right to print the names.

What? The guy was selling the shirts online. Even if he claims that the profits from the sales were to go to charity, it would obviously be some liberal charity and that would also be against the wishes of the soldier's family.

I’d be amazed if a T-Shirt vendor could cough up $40 million, much less $40 billion. That said, I hope the court slaps him pretty hard though. To attempt to make a profit off of the names or images of war dead is reprehensible.
