They weren’t there to arrest anyone. First, remove the children who are in danger. Then, you go after evidence, and if you find it, you prepare your case, get arrest warrants, and then you arrest someone.
When that happens, I am sure we all will be notified by the media.
Odd view of history that you have if you think that Midway, Bataan, Germany, etc. don't constitute going to war. The authorities have had more than 5 years to investigate this group, if that was enough time to practically win a World War surely it is enough time to put these people behind bars, or at least arrest one of them.

Your sequence almost makes me nauseous. Don't you think that they should have evidence first before they remove the children?
With your procedure they could take anyones children and then look for evidence later to justify taking the children. Do you have any idea of what a fishing expedition is?
On second thought maybe you are right. The CPS should just go into everyones house, take the children (all children are in danger) and then take months and years to compile evidence against the parents. That would eliminate undesirables in less than a generation. The State would make a much better parent anyway.
