I suggest using windows movie maker to make a video using pictures set to music or use the title maker to make comments about the video in between those items you want to comment on. Yeah — it’s marked as spam by the YT users if you post it on their channel, but when you use it in the comment box of the flagging, the mods at YT still see it. BUT — your idea is very creative and I really like it! :-)
