I'll explain again. Lower income people are still on the road because they have to be. They have to go to work and pick up kids. They are just not buying other things. When they run out of money to buy even gas, they will borrow. When they run out of credit, they will go on the government dole.

We are at the not buying other things / borrowing phase at this point.
