Water 2 1/4 c. sugar 2 T. malt 2 T. salt 2 ½ t. bread flour 1 lb. 10 oz. gluten 1 T. yeast 1 T.+ 1 ½ t. misc. 2 T. parm. cheese misc. 2 T. pizza cheese, ½t. garlic powder, 4 t. italian herbs(basil, oregano, parsley) temp. 475 time 5 min or so to set dough notes Makes 8 crusts brush crusts w/ oil before guests add sauce, guests add their own toppings from the "topping bar" Grill on Weber with all burners at low
