Amnesty? I don't think so, the only way they can work in the U.S.A. is to use fake documents or should I say stolen documents from Americans I was one of the unlucky ones that some mexican woman used to get a job she even went to the social security office and was given a duplicate of my card stating that she had lost it. I had the I.R.S. after me stating that I had not filed a tax form in many years. I was in High school when all of this happened. What pissed me off was the fact that I had to prove who I was. Anyone who uses someone else's I.D. is breaking the law. So how could they want amnesty when we don't even know who they really are.
I realize this is extremely short notice, but I've been kind of preoccupied for the past week or so.
There will be a vocal-and hopefully very large-counterprotest staged by NY ICE in Union Square tomorrow afternoon.
I encourage anyone in the Tri-State Area who's interested in taking part-and can spare an hour or two in the middle of a workday-to contact me via pm.
I'll give you all of the relevant details.
Feel free to also alert other FReepers who might be free to participate.
