I can’t wait until Reverend Wright comes out and says, “Barack praised me after I gave the speech on ‘God Damn America.’ He came up to me afterwards and thanked me personally.”

What Obama doesn’t understand is that Reverend Wright holds any chance he may have of ever being president in his hands.
Obama is a novice politician. Sure, he can deliver a rehearsed speech well, but that isn’t the stuff of real politics. Politics is about remembering who your friends are, and where the bodies are buried. Obama never learned that lesson in politics, unlike the Clintons. Obama has played the dozens with a man who can destroy him. He’s given Reverend Wright every reason to now.

That would be too delicious, although at this point in time it might be difficult to pull off....even the media would be asking 'why didn't you mention this earlier?'.

And hopefully "Reverend" Wright will employ every means at his disposal to exact whatever revenge he feels is due him.  Here we have a clash not of Titans but of supreme arrogance, vanity, ego and bluster.  In one corner we have a vile, vitriolic, anti-American, racist who is using his position at a Church to rant his fevered hysteria, and has done so quite effectively for decades.  In the other corner, we have a green politician who has been thrust into a race for the highest office in the land entirely by white guilt and racial politics, and who dares to question and refute "Reverend" Wright, something that he's certainly not used to, something his gargantuan and un-Christian ego will not tolerate, and something that he cannot allow to happen as his very livelihood depends upon it.  Especially from a parishioner......
