Ok, ok. There are 2 of you out there! LOL!! (I just thought it was funny that he chose arugula of all things — not the “common man” kind of thing. Not like Iceberg lettuce or carrots or something.)
I eat arugula too.
We belong to an organic CSA (community supported agriculture), which probably qualifies me for commie status. From May - January we receive a box full of veggies every week and one full of fruit every other week. The veggies are all grown 40 miles from my house. It is fabulous stuff. Organic grown is no longer smaller or uglier looking. I’ve been introduced to lots of tasty veggies like arugula. Last summer, when people across the country were getting sick from e coli in their spinach, I didn’t have to worry a bit about eating mine.
P.S. iceberg lettuce is worthless crap.
