China is not drilling in Cuba's waters. The lost the bid for the agreement to Brazil. Drilling is postponed until 2009.

Although China may not be drilling offshore Cuba, you can be sure that the oil from there will be shipped to China. Brazil and Cuba don't have anywhere near the demand for that oil...but they'll both make money selling it to China.

Do you think they would make more money selling it to us and paying less transportation cost?

Oil is a global fungible commodity.
