Didn't President Bush just send 'em a few billion to "secure" their southern border? Somehow, I think the Mexican oligarchy has the country well in hand. Full control of the southern border, getting rid of the riff-raff to the north through our southern border, illegals sending money back home (foreign aid), taking bribes from the populace and stupid foreign travelers, etc... The list goes on and on. At this point, it's probably safer to live in Mexico. LOL!
