As I said, the list is wrong (I undertand that isn’t your fault, but the list is wrong, nevertheless). And there have been no recent changes — It has been this way for 2-3 years minimum. They are very strict. If your gubmint issued photo ID shows a PO Box, as mine does, then in addition to your photo ID, you have to also produce a recent utility bill, showing your physical address, which has to match the address on their roles.

Valid Arizona driver license
Valid Arizona nonoperating identification license

I’m surprised by Connecticut....although it’s not quite as “blue” as the other New England states.
I see that California wasn’t on your list requiring I.D., I know they didn’t ask me. Also during our last election, 48 percent of votes were mail-in.
