They’re trying to rehabilitate Wright - and probably Obama as well.
I am dissapointed at the jokes and racial derogatory comments on many of these posts. These derogatory comments are not needed to make your points.
I am sad at this, this man is intelligent and learned, yet he has many distorted perspectives. His call to make changes needed in our society creates more defensiveness than a desire to change. I don’t make changes as a response to getting yelled at or made fun of.

I couldn’t listen to his entire speech the first time but managed (with drink in hand) to listen to the replay. Sounds like one of Obama’s speeches. Very close.

This white, middle aged woman is super-impressed.
Last week at Mass, I started rocking a little back and forth when I was singing a hymn. My daughter tapped me and winked ... as if to remind me that I’m not in Obama’s church. Our family jokes although we are loyal liberal Catholics that we wish that our Mass could get just a little bit more lively.
Rev. Wright is awesome. I wish he’d come visit our Parish.

He "hopes" no one notices when he quotes anti-white lines from movies while speaking to mostly black audiences.
He "hopes" no one notices when he uses gangsta rap gestures which reference misogynistic lyrics..
He "hopes" no one notices when he says he took no DC lobbyist money he didn't include Nadhmi Auchi or George Soros..
He "hopes" no one notices that he attended Rev Wright's Church for 20 years and didn't hear a word.
He "hopes" no one ask him any questions about Most Rev Wright or Black Liberation Theology.
He "hopes" no one notices that he is completely comfortable hanging out with America hating bigots..
He "hopes" no one notices that his political career shows very little accomplishments that he can call his own..
He "hopes" that he can continue to run a gutter/negative attack campaign against Hillary and no one will notice. Audacity, baby!
We shall see what we shall see about all that. It certainly makes one wonder the direction a man like JW wants to see this country move.

He has been that way for a very long time. He was with a local station back then. I had dinner with him and mutual friends one night. He’s just a plain ol’ airhead who simply says what the producer wants him to say. I don’t think that he can have his own thoughts about anything.
