Jeremiah Wright speaking live now.
Fascinating.
You can also get it live streaming from CNN
Different does not mean deficient...
A hush falls over the thread as the next round of FReepers listen to the speech rebroadcast on CNN.
This is the YELLER that introduced Wright:

in April, 2007, NAACP president Rev. Wendell Anthony and other representatives of the Detroit group traveled to New York City to demand that talk radio host Don Imus be fired after referring to the Rutgers women’s basketball team as “nappy-headed hos.”
Who are the slaves now?
How deluded these guys must be to think anyone but them would appreciate these racist rants ? Well... they’re always surprised when they lose the general elections - “Everyone I know voted DUmmie - how could we have lost?”. Sheesh talk about delusional.
Roland Martin must be going to a Star Trek convention.
“Geraldo is a hispanic racist”
was that before or after he changed his name form Jerry RIvers to Geraldo Rivera?
It's no secret any more...
“SOlidad is demonstrating what a blithering idiot she truly is.”
Is she freaking out, trying to find something nice to say? Maybe Chris Matthews will compare this speech to the Gettysburg Address.
Oprah got pimped, yo!
The guy who introduced Wright...Wendell Anthony
NAACP to hold funeral for ‘N’ word
The civil rights organization will do the same this summer for the “N” word, the Rev. Wendell Anthony said Sunday.
Anthony, president of the civil rights organization’s Detroit branch, said members and supporters of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People will conduct services and a “eulogy” for the racial slur. The mock funeral will be held during the NAACP national convention July 7-12 in Detroit, he said.
“We are committed to ending hate word and talk,” Anthony said. “It doesn’t do anyone any good, whether it’s a journalist on TV or a rapper on the radio.”
The announcement comes after a renewed discussion nationally about racial insensitivity, brought on by Don Imus’ derogatory comments about black members of the Rutgers University women’s basketball team.
Eva, BLT is nothing more than the embracement of the Nation Of Islam dogma.
The Bottom Line,
NSNR
Educating Afro children and Euro children ... comparing “apples” to “rocks”
Respectively???
Is he arguing for segregated schools?
Oh, I don’t know about that. I think Ms. Banderas probably harbors some of that “liberal white guilt” that Bernie Goldberg speaks of so frequently. To those in the mainstream media, every bit of bigotry and hatred that is displayed by someone of African American descent is justified because of past events.
Oh, and speaking of Banderas, she raved about Brokeback Mountain when it came out. She called it quote “a wonderful story.” Just another lefty.
I have similar thoughts when dealing with a Black Professional....i.e. Doctor....did they get their education based upon affirmative action, or were they really excellent students....it’s sad.
ha-ha. I’m humming the Star Trek theme as I type this...
Get ready - he’s going into his wind-up.
Different way of learning... all these years having “how equal we are” being drummed into my brain and now this...
black kids climbed all up on ‘em = like monkeys?
Just because someone wrote a book about something does not mean there is a whit of validity.
This race based right/left brain blather sounds like something a white supremacist could buy right into.
Maybe she likes horses ;-) LOL!
“It’s almost as if they say the speech was great it will make it so.”
An excellent example of why you shouldn’t listen to CNN about anything. They distort reality to fit their political mindset.
Just switched over the CNN and they are playing Rev Wright's speech all over again!
Gad-eFing-Zooks! Does CNN think running this all over again will make us all agree with it?
