Yes. Notice how the warning didn’t stop it from making the front page, or stop the rejoicing in the comments. The way story content overrides story fact on that site is rather annoying.
I saw the article at digg with the mandatory warning and having over 300 comments.I linked directly to the source but now if you try reaching this story directly from digg,you get “Site Unavailable” Page.
I’m pretty sure it’s a joke.
