Typical of liberals...astonishing abuse of power. Perfect example of why we can’t let liberals into positions of power.

I’d have an attorney on this quicker than you could say million dollar settlement.

> “We were told we would not be able to go to our senior prom, would not be able to participate in senior skip days, go to a senior picnic or walk at graduation,” Norman told the television station.

Sometimes protest carries consequences. There is little nobility in any protest that doesn’t.

Welcome to adulthood, kids. Sometimes doing the right thing carries a cost.

John Granger, Superintendant and James Conner, Principal:

For threatening the innocent students and violating their civil rights, these two individuals should be removed immediately to protect young people.

This is deplorable!

Depends. If school policy is no politcal message t-shirts, then it's OK constitutionally.

If not, then the Principal should be fired.

They wont be able to participate in Senior Skip day?

You mean the school gives the kids permission to skip classes and go to a local park and drink beer?

This is so wrong, how can one skip class with permission?

would not be able to participate in senior skip days

OK, I almost fell out of my chair laughing when I saw that 'threat'... since the entire point of a senior skip day is that the students DO NOT go to school, how would it be enforceable in the first place? Plus, when I was in high school (which was only a couple years ago), when my senior class had a 'senior skip day' we were told the people who participated would get a Saturday detention, and if we did it again the participants would not be able to go on our senior trip.
