Don't have to wrap it tight, just let it permeate. Bury them in pig wallows. Over eternity, the pig stuff will contaminate anything close.

Heck, me breathing after breakfast is NOT HALAL. For several reasons. Pork being one of them.

... another detainee, Stafford Smith said, has smeared feces on his cell walls. “When I asked him why he was doing it, he told me he had no idea,”

So, this joke against America continues.

First, you declare them eligible for criminal trial, where they are found guilty by reason of insanity. So, you lock them up in an asylum for the criminally insane, where they spend a few months. Soon, the “doctors” at the asylum declare them “sane”, & release them into society. And, you can't deport them because no country wants them & their home country might “violate their civil rights”.

The perfect lib lawyer scenario!

JUST SHOOT THE TERRORIST SOBs, EARLY & OFTEN!

Every other ridiculous defense has been tried, why not this one? Torture, religious intolerance (koran flushing), sexual abuse (naked female interrogaters - sounds ok to me) - these Gitmo lawyers will do/say anything to make a name for themselves, and to manufacture any sympathy possible

Personally, I think we should just take them all out and put a bullet between their eyes.

Insanity? These mooselimb wackos are a few bricks shy of a load anyway.

Shoot ‘em all and let Allah sort ‘em out.

the bush administration sure knows how to set themselves up as a target

and to rally the democrats and their tv viewers.

i can’t count the number of people i know that sit in front of a tv, and hate bush.

guantanamo should have been located in iraq or afghanistan, far from media eyes.

Well, if this isn’t the pit of shit! It’s my understanding Club Gitmo is suppose to relieve terrorists from the “stress” of jihad.

What in the living hell is wrong with this used colostomy bag? Maybe, instead of complaining about alleged insanity, this person needs some “stress relief.”

I think most of the Gitmo prisoners were probably already clinically insane for much of their lives.

Guantánamo, a military spokeswoman said, does not have solitary confinement, only "single-occupancy cells."

Single occupancy" describes solitary confinement -- which would drive most anyone insane within a month. Yes, they are war criminals, but at least either give them decent confinement or shoot them and put them out of their misery.

When the only thing you live for is to kill, kill, kill, it could drive you crazy if you could do nothing at all. But, that’s life, their life they chose, so what’s the problem?

A known terrorist has gone insane? So, what is the problem?

I’m all for killing the lot of them, save a ton of money and the valuable time of US soldiers; but tell me- WHY should we care to ‘put them out of their misery’?
Why should we care at all about evil people having ‘decent confinement’? Evil is not to be tolerated or understood, it is to be destroyed.
There is NOTHING I consider too miserable for these planetary parasites. They’re not even worth the price of a bullet. Just seal up the cells with them inside and close the facility. Let’em rot, screaming in maniacal misery, s l o w.

His defense team says he is suicidal, hears voices, has flashbacks, talks to himself and says the restrictions of Guantánamo "boil his mind."

I thought that hearing voices and being suicidal are the hallmarks of a jihadist? How else do you hear Allah and blow yourself up?

Maybe that will deter any would-be Jihadists.

Fine, let’s just execute the terrorist vermin and take them out of their misery. There never should have been any expectation that illegal combatants captured in wartime deserve a full trial anyway. What did FDR do with the German saboteurs who came in off that submarine? He executed 6 of the 8 IIRC, and spared the two who turned on their Nazi masters. That sounds like the right kind of policy to me and the US Supreme Court upheld it, so why are we still coddling these scumbags?

"Speaking generally, Storum said detainees were enemy combatants held safely. "We are holding the right people," she asserted, "in the right place, for the right reasons, and doing it the right way."

Prosecutors have said Hamdan, now about 39, helped bin Laden elude capture after the 2001 terror attacks. He is charged with transporting weapons for Al Qaeda and being a bin Laden bodyguard and driver."

In other words he is complicit in the murder of 3000 innocent Americans.

Can't imagine why don't they just turn him loose... (/sarc)
