I have never really understood this seeming dislike for Alan Keyes among conservatives. Is there something I am missing? {Other than his poor record as a vote getter}
If a man has the right message, is able to deliver it passionately, and is ignored, is this the mark of a bad candidate? ... Or is it the mark of a people who merely chase after what they wish to hear?

I have never understood it either. It seems those who run the GOP have a brigade of “Long Knives” to send out to destroy the internaal competition. They don't want the conservatives who come from less than a blue-blood, country-club background to get too uppity.

Well, he or his campaigns have a tendency to leave a lot of unpaid bills after his election campaigns.....word gets around about that type of thing. But, I love to listen to him give a speech!! Same with Buchannan but I can’t vote for either.
