For decades, Huffington has been a political gadfly and a perennial pundit on news shows. Now she's editor in chief of the popular news and opinion Web site The Huffington Post.
Huffington's politics lean left, but that wasn't the case in the mid-'90s when she was a friend to Newt Gingrich and a card-carrying member of the Republican Party.

Q: On gun control issues, would you support more or less restrictions? HUFFINGTON: I would support both additional restrictions, and better implementation of the existing laws.

I do agree with the liberals that liberals should not be allowed to handle weapons, at least not without a massive training and conditioning program to overcome their life-long fear and disgust about weapons. Right now, they are too dangerous.
I can just see some liberal using, "I was on my cell phone, and was distracted when the gun thingy went off", as their excuse for an accidental discharge.

Yes, I thought I remembered Huffington being a staunch conservative Republican and dimly remember some of her speeches on the subject. Just seemed like she all of a sudden up and . . changed; what’s up?

“maybe this explains why Newt has gone over to the dark left side.”
My only question is when did he cross over?

I saw a little bit of this last night. I could only take so much. She is a profoundly stupid, vile and evil person.

Her conservative Republican husband's “coming out” coincided with her newfound political beliefs.
Coincidence? Doubtful.

Arianna thought she was going to become First Lady with her ex-husband’s political ascent. We should all be grateful he preferred the company of men to this bitter old ugly hag. She could turn a lot of men that way.

She could turn a lot of men that wayAnn Coulter postulated in How to talk to a Liberal... that Zsa was afraid of the ridicule she would get from the dominant Liberal culture so she became a robotic Liberal herself.
Freepers may write very funny posts about her, but the freepers won't be on tv to make fun of her for her husband leaving her for a man.

She’s a walking psych case. Her hatred of her husband and his leaving her for the company of men she transferred to the Republican party, the vehicle for which she and her husband were using to reach the highest echelons of power. The fact that any credible media publication continues to allow her pathetic rantings and drivel from an uninformed and grossly ignorant unhinged megalomaniacal hysterical moonbat is nothing short of shameful.
