Just wondering where the line is between these actions and a federal prison?

“California is] doing so with or without Washington.
BWAAAAAA! I thought CA was flat broke. I guess this PC RINO forgot about that when he was on stage. He really should have stuck to making loud movies with a minimum of dialog.

As his tenure as California's governor continues to unfold (and unravel) he reminds me of another wack-o goobernator: Jesse Ventura.
Muscle-bound brain.

I suspect he’s never read the Constitution. Perhaps he is not even aware of it.
As a Californian, the man makes me extra sick. Out of control spending, already huge tax burdens (the sales tax was 3% when I moved here and now it’s over 8%), idiotic GW legislation, ultra anti-business climate, and now “environmental alliances” with the world’s most severe polluting nation.

He is flaunting the Constitution and undermining national sovereignty.Just once, I'd like to read something by a journalist who knows the difference between 'flouting' (which is what he meant to write) and 'flaunting'. But at least he spelled sovereignty correctly, instead of as "sovereignity", which I've seen so many times I don't even notice it any more.

California is not waiting for the federal government to take action.

Don't blame me. I voted for McClintock. The California constitution should be changed to not allow foreign born people to be governor. Arnie would like to see the U.S. Constitution changed to allow him to run for president. The jerk makes a better terminator than a governor.

This is what the UN wants -- to implement its agenda through globalist governors when it is not receiving the attention it craves from the Oval Office -- and Arnold is cooperating fully. Because he is constitutionally prohibited from seeking higher office in the U.S., might Schwarzenegger be auditioning for a future lead role at the United Nations -- the position of Secretary-General perhaps? God help us. A monster has been created.

Interesting how Schwarzenegger thinks illegal immigration is Washington’s responsibility but not global warming.

Specifically, Schwarzenegger instructed Linda Adams, the Secretary of the California Environmental Protection Agency, to sign a Memorandum of Understanding, (MOU) between California and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) which provides a framework of cooperation and facilitate[s] collaboration between California and China on climate change issues. Schwarzenegger pledged to the UNDP that California will support capacity building in China -- infrastructure, technology, and other resources to help the communist regime reduce its greenhouse gasses.
Who was it that said the UN has no influence in our government?
