The Delta Queen does not have gambling. She does 3-7 night overnight cruises.

The Queen would make it up to St. Paul several times each summer season. I always got a call about a week in advance to arrange for fueling her with heavy fuel oil. This became more and more difficult because of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990. OPA-90 was drafted by the Coast guard and passed by congress, stiffing requirements for handling, and storing oil near US waters and licensing of fueling crews. One of the amendments to OPA mandated “unlimited liability” if negligence could be proved in a spill.

My mistake, but isn’t there an old riverboat that does operate as a casino?
