Thank God that level heads and common sense has prevailed.
If you want law enforcement then send cops. If you want to fight an enemy, blow stuff up, and kill things then send military. Our military should never be put in this position where they have to make split second decisions and then be charged in criminal proceedings for their actions.

BTW, berets with class A uniforms in the Army look like hell. the ‘C’ cap looked a lot better.

This is fantastic news, Congrats to the Corrales family!

On the other hand, if the men convicted under similar circumstances wasn’t such complete crap, then this exoneration would make those same convictions such complete crap.

As more and more of these trials result in acquittal the notion of political show trials grows stronger and stronger. Something is rotten, me thinks.
